I'm hoping for Astana to get a licence and then Saiz gets the boot and Barloworld gets the remaining licence.

Unibet have to be favourites.  They are determined to be clean and have a number of good riders.  The other two have good riders but ....

I also read that Astana have been refused the license due to poor accounting or some such.
