ok was just checking the west coast express was end october nice flat ride starting in milnerton then on to Atlantis. West Coast Cycle Tour a bit diffrenent in that the route has a few more hills and can bite a bit if the wind is pumping   neway nice just to get out and ride see ya saturday

guys coming to the west coast cycle tour beware the lazer cams in malmesbury and on the r27 . Ask me at 5h30 the guys are pretty active in that neck of the woods !!!
