So the corned beef might/will (pick one) work for the cramps, but what do you do for the vomiting after the corned beef?

Personally suck a soothing Rennies' date=' will probably take care of the cramp a lot quicker and it is far lighter and more practicle than carrying a can of bully beef in your back pocket.

But should you prefer the bully beef get one of those cans with the key cause if you forget your can opener not only are you going to have cramp but your problems will be further compounded by having to find a suitable rock to bust open your can.

hhahahahaha, very good!

Nope, never heard that bully beef works. But I cant imagine eating a can of bully beef before a race or during.

Problem with cramping is that no-one knows for sure what causes cramping, fact. Different people respond differently to remedies.

I am really worried about cramping and will try anything but rubbing cornedbeef on my legs. Is it the  RENNIES story really true guys?.

Am I correct that you take the Rennies after you start cramping and not as a preventative?

dont let these fools mislead you. you eat the corned beef LOL

put a slice on a roll with some mayo and eat it.Dead

i am using rennies at the moment and it works fine. as soon as you feel the warning shot in your legs, take 1 to 3 rennies with some water.

whether it is the placebo effect or whether it really does something i dont know.  just know that i dont cramp with the rennies.
