Littering is against the Pedal Power rules so, for those of us in the Cape, if you see someone littering you can take their number and report them.

I have seen equal amounts of littering at road and Mtb events, the cumulative litter from a 500 person mtb race is obviously going to be less than a 5000 person road race. The bottom line is just dont litter. If you suck down all the goo in a sachet it wont mess in your shirt pocket. And why worry about a sticky shirt, who wears an unwashed shirt twice.

Littering was a fine-able offense on my last ride to Durban. Smile  You got named, shamed, and fined at the end of the ride.

It's simply not acceptable.

It's easy to avoid (it came out of a pocket -- it can go back in.)

it is unacceptable. but wether you keep the sticky thing in your pocket or chuck it doesn't make a difference.

im going to murder someone later today..because everyone else is doing it' date=' so its okay..care to join me in that case? Then I'm going to jump in a fire..care to join me? you can go first.

thanks for calling me a tjop because you disagree with me.

i'm just saying, wether you dump your one little sachet wrapper in your bin at home or on the road isn't gonna make a difference in the bigger picture.

ok. i'm bored now.
