I need slightly less than 20 minutes MORE to complete a 10km run! IF I'm lucky, I might be able to swing a top 20 age category position... but a podium position... no ways bru! Go have a look at WHO and HOW FAST the age category competitors (nevermind overall) go

We did 7km...but she's adamant it was 10k! She was also unaware of the fact that there is a monster climb just before Rietvlei heading back towards Brackenhurst! Having only ever done it at 140kph+ in her car it came as quite a shock!! She did good though...and even mastered STI on her first outing!! (quote:"whats happening to the chain?")

Slave Posted July 10, 2009 Author Posted July 10, 2009 Nah BB, we jus did this to foncuse you for a bit. The uvva fred got lost and too much of a ballache to find, so this is it. Warts an all. GOv2.0. if it is not too cold on Sunday you keen to join me for a long ride. Since I was supposed to have a recovery yesterday and failed dismally, I think a nice long "Steady" distance on Sunday might do the trick. We can meet at Bracken city at about 11.
