Ox, stop being obtuse. Carbon forks will also be glued to the metal steerer. Those forks have been around a long time. Never heard of any failures with them.

 

Maybe put up a dis-ting to find out what the hubbers think or have experienced with carbon and ally combinations. Like have the things ever come apart. Maybe find out if anyone uses a carbon rear stay configured bike on an IDT and if they have experienced any problems from the motion of the bike on an IDT.

 

In any event, I think it's still daft to put a TT bike on an IDT, but like that's just my five zim dollars worth of opinion. Surely you are going to keep the Sctott.

Ox about the only thing one can find with golf is a hazard of some description. Either water, sand or some other thing that golf course designers find it necessary to build into golf courses.

 

Of course (no pun intended), balls frequently get lost. Along with tempers and on the odd occasion, the club that get's hurled into the lake usually nowhere near where the ball did it's disappearing trick.
