From a 20 a day habit for 30 odd years, I am now down to one ciggie a day. And before any of you get any ideas of cold turkey, unless you know what you are talking about, let's not even go there. The cravings are a bit tough to deal with at the mo. I am just wondering how I can dispose of all the bodies of the motorists that annoyed me this morning.

Mix a teaspoon of Bicarb and a teaspoon of salt in some boiled and cooled water. A litre. Then snort the stuff. It does clear sinusitis with regular use if you can handle it. Oh and the other part of the equasion is to share the vitamins with your buds when you get the chance.

What vitamins you looking for ?Soon I'll be taking some vitamins to loose some fat, since you don't have a fat problem those vitamins are useless to you.

Vitamin "S" of course. If you have a slug of one of those after a snort of salt and bicarb, it really blows the cobwebs right out.

Unfortunately Vit S doesn't help to get rid of fat.
