I enjoyed riding in the south coast...although the road surfaces are rather bad imho...but the nicest views and some really cool climbs. But I did find the other riders on the roads to be rather "cold" and not very friendly. But that could just be me. I'm back now in GETAGUN land, so I hope to hook up with you guys on the weekend!

Too much nitro gone through that system of yours leaving permanent damage. Don't worry too much though, you'll fit in here just fine. We all have some baggage we drag around. My bag (according the the Kid) is that I cannot leave the nursery. Nuwbs - Dude you are the exception to the rule that dark horses roam the fields and not the streets. You're the darkest of the lot. I only talk a big ride, you get the job done without any words or pretences. But moenie penniek nie, I'll put the new recruit through a couple of paces on Friday, see how he copes. Steps, here we come. (Mwaaaahahahahaha) GOv2.0. Next time you get the urge to go off for a ride around the south Coast, remember your leave form. I'm not s'prised that you got cold shoulder dude. Your ride did not have our seal of approval, or they didn't like your registration number. Welcome back. Only a small mix-up in some arrangements. Half the gang decided to meet at a different pace and they were LATE. Brekkie was great and the ride was pretty good. Nuwbie worked the poor Ox to near death. I had to go and revive the poor beast. In public, I refuse to admit that I was pretty much in the same condition as the Ox and had to go home and nap for three days. Cannot admit defeat to the man who soundly whipped most of us. I was fighting fit at the end of that ride on Sunday. Fighting for breath and fit to drop. So, my ideas are this, Narco initiation Friday with hard run up the steps. The go on up Butchers just for good measure, Columbine ave and then home again. Alternatively, that ride with Nuwbs and birdman sounds "interesting." Get my ass dropped. Nuwb, this idea open to all of us regular suspects? Saturday, Boscos loop with the non-nursery riders. Sunday, Recovery ride and mayhem in the social bunch. ICU on Monday. Who's in? Only restriction is Mr Price kitted parrots. I just need the time, but want to take it very easy , as I have the duathlon on Sunday.Monday i also wanna do a longish ride of same time, but little harder maybe.
