Jean-Jay Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 I must admit when i was in Holland earlier this year i found it to be very beautifull, in fact of all the countries i visited in Europe, Holland was by far the prettiest. Very well looked after, people pride themselves in their houses (gardens) and the villages have a very family oriented vibe that comes with it - felt very warm and accepting.

Don't worry though, there is no more snow predicted, only rain, clouds, frost and a bit of sunshine. Almost like summer!

I was in UK, Ireland, France and Holland. ow and Dubai lol When i was in Holland i flew to Eindhoven airport both times ( i like that airport - actually know it backwards now) I stayed in OSS and visited Geffen, Amsterdam, Nijmagen, Arnhem, Utrecht and a few other towns (cant remember the names) was all over - very pretty country I also ate the olie bolle (spelling), brocht broket (spelling), frites and the culture is that everything is done on their bikes. It is so wierd to see that coming from SA, the youngsters ride in groups (like little bunches) to one anothers houses and to shops and wherever. Their bunch skills are brilliant - its no wonder they so good at racing bikes cos they have done this all their lives..

I found myself a nice substitute for all these delicacies - TheLegend knows what I'm talking about (this one could backfire badly )
