Conti GP 4000 price

What would be a good price to pay for a set of Conti GP4000? Solomons has them for R300 each and the GP4000-S for R350 each

Solomon's prices are excellent and you wont get them cheaper unless you buy 2nd hand

The last set I had was a few years ago. After they got burned by the exhaust  on the back of the car I never bothered to buy them again. So when i was in Solomons yesterday I picked up a set and hoped that it was a good price.

Black Chilli compound last  longer so more kilo's.They also look nicer with the bold writing oon the side wall.

I asked those young laaitjies behind the counter what the difference was between the "normal" GP4000 and the GP400-s and they said it was the "newer version", but couldn't say what the difference was

350 each is a good price, they last forever I have 1 on the rear and 6000km and hardly warn and I'm 84kg, their not as stable as the 3000s, but then again you get more k's out of them.

Saw them for about R480 at CMC in Cape Town, so R350 is an excellent price.
