Red nipples in the snow!

I know you guys love a good nipple shot, so here goes!  The trails near my home are completely snowed under and impossible to ride, so I am have to stick to roads and bike paths.  I went out today for an amazing ride.  Not sure how long the snow will last, but it was just an awesome experience.  You can't really go fast, because it's like riding on sand, plus you have to stop every km to take photos!

The trail was near unrideable, but beautiful:

Damn skaters where everywhere!  Should have got me some for today.

It was coldWink here in Moz yesterday as well. 3,5 hours into our MTB ride, at 10:00, it was 37 degrees. At the end of the ride we jumped into the pool to get our body temperatures down. The water was 30 degrees.

Very nice pics- thanks for sharing.

[/quote'] Nope, neither the camo dogs nor the oma-bikes are mine!

Yip, we had -4 this morning when I took the kids for ice-skating, but it warmed up to a flat zero for my ride!  Practically boiling.

SwissVan, this week's snow was fun, but it seriously curbs your time on the road.  Don't know how you deal with a whole winter filled with the stuff.

It's a GPS.  I get lost sometimesEmbarrassed

Is that a nuvi? How long does the battery last when you're on the mtb?

Yip, Nuvi 250.  Used to last about 4 hours, but lately it runs down in a couple of hours!  Not really a bike gps, but it allows me to wander without worries.  If you lock it the battery lasts a lot longer.

Those nipples look longer than the standard ones.Embarrassed
You have no idea how cold it was, plus they looked a lot brighter in the snow too, but no, they are standard issue Shimano beauties.  I can stare at them for hours!
