Bob from what i hear overtrainingonly happens when you sit on your bike for a certain amount of time everyday for at least a few months not being funny but if a hubber overtrains he/she doesnt spend time on the hub so therefore they are not really a hubber!!!!

Overtraining is not the same as over reaching, overuse or or too-much-too-soon.  It's long term thing, like turtlek says, with a whole host of symptoms.  Just because you are very tired, injured or sore doesn't mean you have overtrained!

You probably don't know anything about overtraining because you actually have to train before you can 'over' train. So don't let it worry you too much, you're pretty safe their Bob.

For real, is overtraining like if I send my dog to obedience school, and he keeps sitting when I want him to roll over? Like he's been overtrained at sitting?

And you can tell everybody that this is your song

It may be quite simple but now that it's done

I hope you don't mind, I hope you don't mind

That I put down in words

How wonderful life is, now that you're in the world

I hope you don't mind, I hope you don't mind

That I put down in words

How wonderful life is, now that you're in the world
