The pressure literally blew the side of the rim away, spraying my cousin and my bakkie full of stans. Photo to follow as soon as I figured out how to use the image hosting service. PhilipV Posted January 22, 2009 Share The rim is 5 years old, and the braking surface was pretty very badly worn. I used to ride the thinline koolstop pads, and stopped for fear of this happening.
