The diamond frame refers to a normal road/hardtail frame that has a front triangle and a rear triangle forming a diamond shape.   <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

In short the Penning Farthing was replaced by Safety bicycle in 1885. The next step forward was the recumbent that offered better aerodynamics but it was banned by the UCI in 1934 and we have been stuck with the same design ever sinceDead. Here is a nice pic of the offending recumbent.

The joke is that the first plane was ONLY flow in 1903, 18 years after the release of the safety bicycle. Now compare the progress between bicycles and planes.LOL

What to say about this argument?:

So a rider asks himself..............what shoes are good.....?  What darks to put on....what lid....what bike....

Does he:

1) Have a look through the mags and books at what title sponsors there are at races?

2) Does he have a look at what Lance wears and rides (Cosmids etc.)

Good point. I will go for option 3." Non of the above". LOL

An additional question has to be asked. "Is it before or after price fixing"Wink <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

A) If it after price fixing the answer is that the rider will walk in to the shop hear what it will cost and decide that his old kit isn?t in such a bad state after all and he should be able to use it for a few more years.

b) If it is before price fixing the wannabies Pro will always be an easy target for ads like that, while the rest of the riders would hopefully read reviews, check out sites like Roadbike/MTNBike review, ask there buddies and ask on the Hub and then make a decision on what product gives them the most bling for their buck.

Oh, that looks like about as much fun as being stuck in a lift and needing a pee. How does one take a recumbent down a rocky drop-off or over a big jump? Not everyone cares about speed, some of us ride for fun...Wink

I really don?t see the value of sponsoring riders.  Sponsor races, yes but not riders.  The majority people don?t care what happens up front or who from which team is riding. Evil%20Smile

BRILLIANT ? Sponsor the races not the riders! <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

This will work!!

Mmm, well I am sure most people don?t go..I want to buy a car, a fast car..and Schumacher drives a Ferrari?I?ll buy myself a Ferrari!! <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Okay, jokes aside..

True to what you are saying, but stop for a second and have a look around in the bunch?majority rules?most riders have tried and tested a product, most riders use what the majority use?

Correct me if I am wrong?.but I am sure a bike shop makes more money from the entry level to say midlevel riders...than the pro?s???

Most events have more numbers in the fun class?

But don?t get your knickers in a twist?I am merely expressing my opinion that I see reason in rather supporting mountain biking?than the mountain biker..

I love the pro?s?.they give us reason to rant and rave about their every move

I would really like to see KE and BS in a fight.  These two guys are so skinny it will look like a girl fight.EmbarrassedEmbarrassed (No Black eyes)

"A bro shall always, in a timely manner, alert his fellow bros of the existance of a girl fight." - Barney Stinson

These guys should go and browse www.sswc08.com and have a look at how us single speeders enjoy mountain biking.   People get too competitive and forget to enjoy the sport.

Isn't enjoyment and adrenalin pumping singletrack and downhills the reason we all started the sport?

Even though mountain bike marathons are KE and BS job, I can testify that it is hard to have a bad day when you enjoy your job.

I don't care what happened, mtbing confrontations should be resolved on the bike and it was uncalled for by KE to protest.

Whether it was uncalled for to protest would depend on what happened.  Surely you would also draw the line somewhere.

Have anybody seen footage of the incident?Ermm

Did the TV-crew catch it on camera?

Witnessed by crew but no footage.
