So, there are some dudes work and some t=what works weekends (poor suckers).

Give us an idea of when the bouncing bub=nny is not working and we can try to plan around that.

What would be a good location? Somewhere we can arrange a road and MTB event from the same place.

Slave, you had to be at the prawn evening we had. That was wicked. No riding was done and I don't thing anyone went for a ride the next day either.

yeah in fact we did it loong before the Capies did it' date=' in fact they were moaning why the Gautengers do it and they don't, then they started. Only difference is we also normally add a good cause to the ride. At every hub ride I have collected dog food and money for food for FORA.

In fact i'll post the pics of all the food i collected and managed to buy with the money from the last ride.

Gautengers are the masters of the hub ride

How come the Capies can organise a hub ride and we just sit here whinging 'bout stuff?

How bout we organise our own hub ride?

Who's into something like this? When' date=' where, who, how far all that stuff.

There must be loads of us who want to get something like this organised.

Thug, I can't do 160 rides yet, but am willing to consider somethin between 100 and 130 at a push.

Dudes, we can't let these Capies get the better of us. It's just not right.

If it's organised well' date=' we can do MTB and Roadie sh!t.

I'm one of those poefter roadies so I'll just stay with the flavour thanks.

Maybe SBR could be a venue if they allow MTB's to go on trails an stuff. Otherwise we have to arrange somehwere where the Spouses, kids and others can hang together and wait for us to do ur stuff.

Don't know much about klapperkop, but hey, Lets get some ideas together and go for it.

if you wanted to combine an mtb and road thingie, groenies would be a good idea. great facilities for a braai/picnic afterwards.

I was co-organiser of the new years one and from time to time Holy goes for a dump near the mines. In fact HR isn't it time again?

I agree ... holy' date=' isn't it time for another mine dump ride?

Oh my word, I'm soooo embarrassed now. Its a ride at a mine dump Embarrassed

It is definitely time for one of those again.

Can you ride a road bike in Groenies?

if your name was jules, you most probably goodLOL

no, you nana, i mean you could base yourselves there. the roadies could go off and do laps of klapperkop, and the real riders could hit the trails, then everyone could look up later for a braai at groenies.Big%20smile
