I have a mate that worked at one of the bikeshops in knysna who swore by it, so It cannot be complete crap..

There was a wheel with an old tyre on the trueing stand in the shop which they put spokes and nails through a couple of hundred times and it sealed all of the holes...

I think they used a tube though (non tubless) so cannot say what its like for tubeless.

For tubeless there is only really Stans and Joes. I mix my own sealant using whatever cheap sealant I have, like Sludge or some left-over Slime etc. Liquid latex, water, Slime and windscreen washing liquid. Mix it up, the recipe is on the internet. Works perfectly.

It's a lot cheaper than the other popular brands, so some bike shops use it in their conversions. I had it in my wheels, but didn't ever get a puncture (that I know of) so can't say if it works or not.

I think that it is aimed more at tubes rather than tubeless conversions. Don't know why/how it would work differently.
