Some people see just about anything as racist. I see nothing wrong with it though, I spent more time living under the old flag than the new one, and I am currently "Previously Advantaged"

If "previously Disadvantaged" (PD) is an accepted phrase, the "Previously advantaged", or even "Currently Disadvantaged" should be fine as the flipside of the coin. It is just sensible, but just that is the problem: "sensible" ...
