Ok this is quite urgent and i hope not very serious...

I just went for a mtb ride and on my way back i feel something is not right,, when I finally see what it is,, my shock (Reba Race)

is fully "locked out"

the poplock is not engaged, dont know what is wrong, but its rigid,, there is absolutely NO damping whatsoever..

what  I tried is to remove all the air (+ and - sides ) and then pump it again and still nothing,, now i tempted to remove the poplock and see what is going on inside there?????

Please help this is quite urgent,, I need it for the MTB Argus on Sunday!!!

have you tried to "overide the Poplock"? IE turn the knobby at the fork itself.

I know my poplock jammed after fast1 and that did the trick

Hey Spano, there are technical documents for download up on the RockShox website. Goto www.sram.com. Would it really be a problem for the Argus though? Is it not a race on tar?

thanks I got the tech docs already,, but I dont have everything i need to service the shox now,, and I dont want to mess with the wrong things..

There is mountain bike Argus aswell as the road Argus (more popular one)

I'm doing both!!

or were planning to,, but now with my shox???

You will have to open that fork. One of the valves on the damper side are stuck in the closed position.

The air side is the spring and the other side the damping, lockout etc.

No use sending it to Cape Town for a service right now, they're too busy to move, with Sani and all that. You won't get it back in time. Find a shop that opens shox and fixes them in-house.

Where in the North-West are you? Planning a Jhb trip later this week?
