Hell me on a bike is handicapping enough, don't need groundwinds of 45 knots to make it worse.

You can always join me for a cup, HR has already done some 5 odd cuppucino's so we might as well

I wonder if those windgat Kapees are still calling it a "breeze"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sheetstreet.................. I saw an oke almost blown of Chappies and the carnage at the start as the Tandems went out under the building was scary. I saw what happened to the bunch before us and we pushed untill we were out where the wind was not gusting. It was quite hectic keeping the tandem in a straight line on the road though!!!!!

Nope, that was a strong wind (although it can get stronger in the Cape; still much better than cycling in 30?C++ heat), but you were complaining about the breeze we had the week before Argus...

 

Hope you know the difference between wind and a breeze now! LOL
