take your helmet off after the race and grind it on the tar to remove any sticky sticker stuff. Or go and stand at the beach and let the wind sandblast you and your bike clean,

 

Or don't stick stickers to your bike

I use meths. I soak the label in it and it peels off easily.

 

Also, while you're waiting for the sticker to soak, you can

have a nice drink. Don't forget to use bread to filter it, though...

The best to use on any surface is Doom/Raid or any of those things in the can. Just spray it one and work it in with your finger. Just remember to wash your hands afterwards or use latex gloves.
