What would you say is the best way to stay motivated. It also seems like there'sa cold winter coming.

The warm kit makes me uncomfortable.

go for the cold kit then Wink

Staying motivated - hard one... just think of the crisp, clean air that you'll be inhaling on your brisk morning ride, and the good it'll be doing your lungs and nervous system...

Plus, it'll wake you up like nothing else, and make you appreciate that shower afterwards...

I think if you just keep on riding now, then the transition into the winter is not that bad.  Your body will start getting use to the cold. It already dark in the mornings till about 6?.  So not long then we are going to get home in the dark to. Bleh.

Arrange flexible work hours and take up mountain biking. You can ride in the middle of the day and not have to worry about traffic and winter kit...

I love winter riding! Sleep till 8/9, then off to the nearest bike park/route and do a 2/3 hour without dieing from the heat. Or even better - sleep till 12, go riding from 1 till 5. Awesome!

Also, take up MTBing and watch lost of videos on youtube. That always keeps me motivated - especially for trials riding.

What winter? Spring is getting ready to be sprung on us Big%20smile

Winter tip:

IDT, fan and your fav dvd series for week day training.

Weekends you can still venture out side for longer rides
