One of my treats is to come back after a hard ride for a DuraTrain chocolate recovery drink, spiked with Milo, half skim milk and half water, and half frozen... Yoh, its good enough to make you give up beer. So now there are FIT bars- will try, but seem a bit steep. I bought a box of PVM's at the Expo at a per bar price of R5.00. But like SteelN says, anything FIT has got to be good.

I bought a box of PVM's at the?Expo at a per bar price of R5.00.?But like SteelN says, anything FIT has got to be good.[/quote'] Yang there is a difference between these bars and the pvm bars... firstly with the pvm bars you are buying a slab of refined sugar with a bit of substance in it to make it smooth with the FiT bars you are getting a balanced bar that has fruits, nuts, carbs and proteins in it which all help with your performance and dont spike your sugar levels secondly the fit bars do not gunk up your pocket with melted energy bar and they are able to be eaten hot or cold without the risk of having a broken tooth or a sticky handlebar after you have attempted to eat the bar do you need me to carry on or are you convinced enough to go buy one??
