Dufalac gives you cramps, cramps creates/builds up wind =  extra weight. Angry

R16k alot of money just to prove a point, and only a 200gram point.

If you not sure what to do with your next R16k project then please PM me immediately as I am sure I can help you spend it, and the bonus part is R16k in notes probably also weighs 200grams. So you win and I win - hahaha- I spend R16k and you lose 200grams. Win - win situation. LOL

Jokes a side - Hope you having fun.

STM stop being DOF Bru i ride a 14kg hardtail i weigh 56kg(new Record seeing as i have been struggling to lose weight and i am not exactly that small) and i still finish in the top 5 percent of the field so instead of sounding like an idiot rather just ride that bike a bit more (in other words train) and i promise you that 200grams wont make a difference in a few months when you doing well!!!!

hahahaha guys im using this as a race bike so cant use v-brakes etc.

Paint stripper is still the answer.....

Why do you want to slow down in the race? Just jam your heel into the rear wheel, it worked like a charm for me as a kid (and I weighed about 50 - odd kgs then!) Then you can get rid of the brakes entirely!

have you considered filling the tube with helium or hydrogen?

Shave ALL your hair on your body; gat-hare and all, then inflate your tyres with helium. Clip your toe nails and finger nails as short as possible. Wink

Peeps were racing on v-brakes for a long time.

Only real reason for disks is mud braking ability.

Just dont brake when in the mud with vee-brakes - problem solved.
