You can park at circle on Irene and Old Stellenbosch road. Saves a bit of the tar climbing. Or right at the top at the reservoir just before the concrete jeep track 

Isn't there a closed gate (private property) at that reservoir these days ?

We tried helderberg farm after seeing there is a track on the farm from some dodgy site on the internet, and it was unrideable, loads of potential but completly neglected and overgrown, nice farmer though had a long chat to him and he seems to like the idea of having MTB's rolling of his mountain.

 

though i do beleive after this post you guys owe us GPS coordinates so we can all go headfirst into tree's

Covie, Heldberg farm has a charge to ride - but if you know your way round its cheaper. Those pics where on the other side of the hill. They have upgraded alot of the path for the downhillers and it looks awesome.

 

When I get to pump up my tyres (wheels) (tubes) I will try take a pic.
