I dont get the post. 22 mil registered voters - no problem. 24 mil papers printed - fine no problem. 4 mill extra printed ?? - When were the extra 4 million printed?? Where are the papers - Who cares, if they wernt marked they get destroyed - why are unmarked ballot papers an issue?. I did the maths - I dont see an issue. What am I missing.? Where did you get this info wheelz.? How factual is it, I havent seen anything about this on the news local or international and I am pretty sure there would be an outcry from some parties. And JPW, you say where are the 4 million other ballots, they all have to be counted by the IEC, even split ballots have to be counted.
