I hope I am being dof here, but maybe someone can help me out.

I have a medium Anthem and I just bought samma's small Anthem frame.

But they are the exact same measurements!

The Giant site give the small a top tube length of 575mm and the medium 595mm.

I have attached some pics - I know the measurements with a tape measure is not that great, but I only have one hand at the moment!

Here the medium's top tube:

Only the medium has a size sticker - what am I missing?

That sucks a little Werner. Sorry you having issues.

But nowthat you have two medium frames, do you want to sell one cheap cheap? I may be interested if the price is right.

What size range is the Medium suitable for?

I've just measured my medium Anthem frame and got a top tube measurement of 575mm and an "Actual Frame Measurement" of 450mm. Veloce2009-05-07 13:00:12

Thx for the feedback - we measured it again and compared it again to the Giant site - seems both is a medium.

Anyone wanna swap a small for a medium? smiley16.gif

Why dont you just put a 400mm seatpost on the small thats what I did and it worked out great.

Splat - that is the one I used as well' date=' we get the Australian bikes in SA.  [/quote']

Sorry, that seemed a bit arb. I was supposed to follow up with an in depth analysis of your measurements vs the sizing table, but had to put out a fire here @ work.

What does the seller of the frame have to say about the incorrect sizing? Is it not possible to return the frame?

What I can see is that you are measuring the top tube wrong. On the specs they are talking about "virtual" tt and not actual. But it does not actual matter as you have the two frames in front of you and can lay them on top of each other to check the sizes.

Indeed!

We did that last night and it is a medium.

If you measure the physical top tube, it is the exact size of a small, the virtual line is 20mm longer, making it a medium - no harm, no foul though
