Road bikes: Tyres and pressures

Hi guys. Does anyone know if its possible to repair a tubeless road tyre that has a hole in the middle of the tyre surface? The hole was obviously to big for the sealant to work. Its an expensive tyre so before throwing away thought I'd check?

Patch it with rubber/plastic epoxy (buy it from Brights, two tubes that mix. Same stuff they use to repair car dashboards). Lightly sand the area around the hole on the inside of the tyre, clean with alcohol swap and then apply the mix.

I have repaired two road tubeless tyres and did about 2500 kms with them.

This stuff is great to fix small cuts on the outside of tyres as well.

I use 25mm Gatorskins and run at 80 psi front and 100 psi rear and I weigh 96kg. I find that comfortable.

not really sure where to put this

saw it on cyclingnews

One handy trick from a Tinkoff mechanic. Use a dental pick and some quality super glue to fill in those tyre cuts
