I can live with the weight. My neighbour only uses tyre liners on all his bikes and never an issue except for glass slashing his tyres. The road I plan to do some weekend riding on, R44 SomersetWest - Stellenbosch, can be nasty for punctures. Thats why I'm going the tyre liner route. When we were in the driveway Jules just touched my back tyre with his front wheel and slime exploded everywhere.....now explain wth was that from???
