no it is not but it proves that a comfortable saddle does need to cost you a small fortune. All the others need to make up their money from the 300 pro team they sponsor and many people will rather be uncomfortable then ride something that is not seen on a pro bike. A few years ago it was Ariones, now it is Prologos. I bet you if Contador or someone wins on Planet-X their sales will sky rocket.

True, point taken. I found that wit the increase in price, most of the times you also get less comfort - LOL - less padding

 

Agree to disagree then Some like expensive stuff some don't some do it for the shine some don't some just gives a ^%#$ , everyone love what the loves.

 

If not all of us would be riding the same bikes, the same cars and live in the same styled houses with the same jobs and same looking wives. what a ball ups that would have been

There's two things i'm prepared to pay good money for, saddle and shorts. Those two items contribute more to the pleasure of a ride than anything else on the bike in my opinion.

This is the only saddle i use. Unfortuanately dont find them in the RAV-X brand anymore so Giant it is. And for around R150 they sure as hell are good value for money
