Have not gotten it yet, but what I do for my little ones formulae/milo is through some hot, not boiling, water (20-50ml) and then swirl it in its bottle/glass till it disolves. Works like a dream. Jaco-fiets Posted June 22, 2009 Share Used you gels during a mtb race the past wknd. Happy with it. Like the fact that it is not to "gelly". Its easy flowing and quick to drink. I do get a bit of a sharp "aftertaste" though. Any other people refering to this? I used the berry flavour and the one with the 200mg caffein, think its the kiwi or something. djvr Posted June 22, 2009 Share Me and my wife used the gels. Tasted good but problem to find it. Both Dischems at Eastrand Mall and Greenstone Hill are very low on stock or nothing. Pornstar Posted June 23, 2009 Share Hi Yes there are different flavours so maybe try a different one, we have also got a new flavoured green mumba, same packaging but have tweaked the flavour.
