It was caused by an idiot that tried to gain a few places by overtaking outside the cones that are there to divert us in the right direction. When he tried to get back into the correct lane he hit one of the cones. The cone shot straight into the middle of the bunch and well the rest you can see in the picture. I got quite a lot of satisfaction from watching the guilty party sliding down the road on his a$$. That is no.one.knows's arm on the right hand side
