I know right?! ...but there are those out there that are haters that site that many of us spend hours on, drooling all over our keyboards, and constatly thinking what groceries we can do without, so we can get that one extra part we want. I placed my order today (about 2pm)... free shipping, wooohooo! ... Start the timer!Lets see if ParcelForce can set a record just for me! hahaha!
RodTi Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 Anyone yet had a CRC order payment reversed? How long does it normally take? With them being out of stock - they had to refund my purchase... Reimbursement was apparently processed on 1 October - nothing in my CC as of yet...? Any ideas?

kosmonooit Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 The e-voucher is just a code/number you use in your shopping basket that reduces the total due for the amount of the voucher - they gave me one for the refund for the full amount of a (factory) faulty SRAM X9 RD I sent back to them, which I must add is 1000% more customer satisfaction that I could get for same sourced locally (no thanks to Solomons et al)

I'm sure customs will throw the proverbial spanner in the works - but at least I can track the package this time... B) Lesson learnt!
