bikemonster Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 We usually do an ave of around 28km/h. Relaxed on the way to Stellenbosch, own pace up the climbs and regroup on top. Maybe some pace line on the way back. But at this time of year, all that really matters is that we keep riding, so it won't be eyeballs out stuff.

Wannabe Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 Had a nice ride with the guys leaving from M&B. Went out on Malmesbury road, turned right onto Stellies road at grain towers. Rest of guys went on towards Stellies and Helshoogte, I think. I turned off onto Bottelary road and up Old Oak towards home.Did a nice 75km at avg of just under 29km/h. Quite happy with that, as I was not too tired getting home.
