Bring your climbing legs.

 

Wheels roll from Virgin Active, Green Point, 07h30.

75er, 1112 metres ascent, Avg speed 25 km/h.

 

Route follows Camps Bay, The Glen ascent, Signal Hill, Table Mountain Rd, Hout Bay & Chappies.

Coffee / Muffin Stop in Hout Bay.

 

Bring rain jacket as it might drizzle.

Fortunately, little wind tomorrow forecasted.

Wear rear lights.

 

Just post here if you and your machine can be expected.

A few riders will avoid the early climbs up around Table Mountain and meet at Vida Caffe in Camps Bay from 08h45.

Thanks for organizing the ride Puncheur! Great route, perfect weather and good company. What more could we want?

Lekka catching up for another ride chaps! Was a super fun day out. Shot for organising G!

 

Met such an inspirational chap on a handcycle doing the run in back towards VA, that I ended up doing a little extra loop towards the city chatting to him. There are some awesome characters out there on bikes, errr and handcycles!
