Route follows Camps Bay, The Glen ascent, Signal Hill, Table Mountain Rd, Hout Bay & Chappies.Coffee / Muffin Stop in Hout Bay. Bring rain jacket as it might drizzle. Fortunately, little wind tomorrow forecasted.Wear rear lights. Just post here if you and your machine can be expected.

Met such an inspirational chap on a handcycle doing the run in back towards VA, that I ended up doing a little extra loop towards the city chatting to him. There are some awesome characters out there on bikes, errr and handcycles! Let me know when the next ride is on!CheersJay
