Average speed 26 - 27 km/h.

Ascent just over 1000 metres.

Breakfast stop in Franschoek.

Eish, would have loved to join you guys, but quite sure I will not have the stamina for it. Will go out for a very low intensity 60-80km ride on my own.

Good thing. Was going to contact you during the week. Just be prepared for a lekka slow ride.

Dunno if I'll be riding Tue eve. Might go out for a short ride before it gets too dark / cold.

I've gotten back in to the gym this week and ye ole body is taking a bit of a beating at the moment (and probably for the next couple of weeks until I get used to it again) :blush:

Next Saturday only, Wannabe.

This weekend is dedicated to DC team training.

 

For those without climbing legs (or recovering from bronchitis) can have a longer breakfast in Franschoek while the rest heads up the Pass.
