Life-preserving stuff.Having heard of all the Motor Vehicle Incidents this past weekend, she brings great comfort. Recover well, Riders! I think we must try and have a backup vehicle every time when we go out.

Please let me know Group of us are leaving 6:30 from VA TygerValley - some going all the way over Helshoogte and Franschhoek pass - some of us (me included) turning just after pniel for a +- 100km ride. Average might be slightly under 30km /h - most likely closer to 28-29.
