G Man, you gonna get me in trouble with both the Missus and the Pastor :D .

Doing the DC training on Sat, wil give Sun morning a miss, might take the Mtb out for a spin in the afternoon.

Wannabe, I invited him and he said it was his 'easy week'. How much more difficult is our ride gonna be?

I thought MariusL was joining you G Man?

Judging by our previous DC training ride, it just might be too easy for him...

Think he heard the wind might be blowing a bit, and is now looking for excuses. ;)

Did our DC training ride to Rooi Els this morning. Going there was not too bad, with a blustery wind. Coming back was murder, as we were cycling into a STRONG headwind that was getting stronger (or at least to me :P )

Struggled a bit and legs gave in at about 100km mark. Thanks SirK for dragging me back to the group. Did not do whole ride  , but 100km is better than nothing.

Guess I'll have to look at my nutrition during the week (gets busy at work, don't get time to eat, as a result only eat one meal a day (dinner) which is not OK)

See ya guys next week at Worcester race.

Last minute notice - if anybody fancies a lung loosener tomorrow morning, I am riding with a mate from corner Racecourse and St John's Road at 5:30. Over Vissershok, through CONTermanskloof then right at the T, left into Burgundy Estate at the Esso and back via Plattekloof Rd and what ever the real name is of the road that goes over Stinkvingerbult to Jip de Jager and then back into Kenridge/Durbanville.
