Me and couple of friends training for IM, but we will usually do a long cycle the Saturday or Sunday. Not so active on FB Will do....We are looking at a easy 3 hour ride on Sunday, depending on the weather. Starting 6:00i, sharp, from M&B and will have a 75/65 and 55 km option. The ride piggybacks on New Balances ride as it makes mores sense at this stage.

Kit and race fee has been paid for. Group pace is social. Accomodation is in Barrydale for the Friday evening, cost approximately R200. Disylizzy Posted November 19, 2013 Posted November 19, 2013 So got more precise details regarding the DC team looking for another rider: Group is starting at 06:21am. The pace that they would like to do is approximately 28km/hr, so guessing with fueling stops approximately 7.5-8 hours in the saddle. Entry and kit are already paid for, the lucky person only has to pay for the accommodation in Barrydale and of course food.
