Had a good right in today and riding tomorrow. Will keep you up to date about Saturday. There is drags on on Saturday at Killarney and i'm helping my team, so just need to get the details from them. Its going to be a casual 20km ride. I think its going to be a mountain bike ride and not road bikes.Call Craig/Deon at the shop to confirm.....?

I really enjoyed it.I was very impressed with the camaraderie with everybody waiting for the the guys with the punctures.Even the repeat offenders .My chain just did not make the Meerendal climb but a fellow mtber drove past and gave me a lift to Meerdendal where I just had to try their breakfast .When are you riding again?

I'm mostly training on my own at this time.Just watch this space for any future group rides.

Yoh! image.jpg You guys aware of the Running race (Bay to Bay or something) tomorrow morning from Campsbay to Houtbay and back?Road is gonna be crowded with runners the whole morning.We already changed our planned to Houtbay and back.
