Nope no idea what they cost locally. I ordered all my parts off CRC. Well worth the money though smiley2.gif

Only problem is the chainstay part of my swing arm drops down quite far in front of the axle so the rear mech's upper jockey wheel rubs a little when in the smallest cog. I hardly ever use that gear though so no issue really.

I need help please guys, in the context of rear derailours, what is:

"Shadow" and "Rapid Rise"

I know what with my old bike, i used to change up gear with the first finger trigger, and down with the thumb lever thing,

And now on my Nitrous the first finger trigger shifts the gears down, and the thumb lever changes them up.

I prefer changing up with the thumb and down with the 1st finger trigger, what setup is this? (rapid rise? shadow?)

Both bikes have 2 way release deore shifters (rapidfire) and my old one has this xt R/D

and my new Nitrous has this

is this a rapid rise derailour?

I 've just finished the service of the boxxer. A bit easier to service than my WC boxxer but i'll order a new set of oil seals and ship it with the fork. The fork is set up for an 80kg person. The internals is still fine. I haven't used the fork much as i got my hand on the wc boxxer soon after i bought my bike.
