  1. A trail bike is a type of mountain bike

I had it serviced and had all the Saint goodies installed by Mike's Bikes in December 2009, rode it about 6 times during my trip to Cape Town that month, then managed to break my collarbone. Other priorites took over last year and it has therefore not been ridden since that time. Bike is really clean and well looked after, apart from a few scuffs and scratches here and there. Provided many hours of slaying the hills R12 000 Contact me on one of the following: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/contactdetails.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6296copyMedium.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6307Medium.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6310Medium.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6314Medium.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6321Medium.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6327Medium.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6331Medium.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6340Medium.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Seanisking/Random/IMG_6347Medium.jpg
  3. What does the customs manifesto say? Clothing carries 40% duty, plus 15.4% VAT (14% on 110% of the price = 15.4%), plus R25 "handling fee". Shipping is not included in what you pay at the PO.
  4. If you are looking at second hand, you may encounter some of the older Shimano range as well. LX is comparable to SLX, and slots in between Deore and XT (somebody correct me if I'm wrong)
  5. I got mine from Cajees in Fourways a few months ago, I think they were Kenda
  6. That is like saying "BMW"... You might get a little more help if you gave a little more detail
  7. How much protein are you getting daily? I'm averaging between 200g and 260g a day (between 2.5 and 3.5g per kg), eating like a horse! I've put on 4.2kg in 6 weeks, and am cutting at the same time. I have completely different goals to most cyclists at them moment though, all I want to do is put on as much muscle as I can
  8. Thank you, was about to post something similar. As said before, eat less and cleaner. Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym
  9. My doctor was wearing one today. I asked her what she thought. She said she'd only had it on for 2 days so far, but had already managed to climb Mt Everest, twice, in that time and is planning to swim to Robben Island on Sunday. She's based in Joburg...

    CRC

Could we please put a huge banner at the top of the hub, "USE THE SEARCH FOR ANY CRC QUERIES!" The exact same questions come up atleast twice if not 3 times a day
  11. Yes this is true, but for exchanged/returns they only use Royal Mail, not UPS, so they should have been able to send me the correct part the second time to my PO Box address. I used UPS for the original order, then sent the incorrect part back for exchange, told them to send it to my PO Box, but instead they sent it to the UPS address again, and I'm no longer working there!
  12. My story: Made an order towards the end of May. I used UPS and got the order delivered to the client where I was working at the time. This was fine because I was there to sign for the parcel and take delivery. However, the half-link chain that I ordered was the wrong colour when I opened the packaging, even though the CRC label on the box said it was black, it was in fact blue inside. So I sent the chain back, with the necessary returns form, and a letter stating that they must NOT send the exchange to the original address, as I was no longer based at that client, and must use my PO Box address, which I have used for 3 orders in the past... They posted the new item on the 4th of June, but by last Friday I still had not received anything, so I mailed CRC to ask which address they had used. They had posted the new parcel to the client's address, and said that they "can't post to PO Boxes". WTF!!!! I now have no idea where my parcel is, as I don't know how my client deals with their post. I have asked one of my co-workers who is still at that address to check for me, but he can't find anything. I'm in the process of sorting this out with CRC and am sure they will just send me another, but it's annoying as I originally paid for UPS shipping to get my parts ASAP, but am now still waiting for the damn half-link chain
  13. They will reimburse you the postage, albeit only their Royal Mail (read cheapest) shipping option cost.
  14. You'll need an external BB crankset, like this one http://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/shimano-xt-m770-crankset Then either the necessary BB tool, or the local LBS. http://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/pro-bb-remover-hollowtech
