Quite a character he was, his was the only cooking show I could sit through and enjoy, I loved the one where he told an old French mama he would make her an Omelete, which he duly presented to her. She sort of ate a small piece with long teeth and said she was going to make him one, which she did, he took a bite of hers, got up, and pulling a disgusted face, shoveled his omelete into the garbage.
