Have to race with normal wheels, as the bike doesn't make the weight limit. Just shows that they have to take a look at the current limit. Besides the wheels, there is nothing special about the bike, meaning normal Chorus 11 spd gruppo, ITM bars, etc.

The cages should be some thing black or darker...

 

and one more thing - Team machine can not be mentioned with any other bike than BMC. Team bike maby ?

That is nuts. It's just a Merida out of China. If it was custom hand made in a vacuum lab my naked virgins then I would say maybe, but just.

Awsome bike but enen better wheels.

The wheels make a huge difference. With the Campag Shamal Wheels it tips the scale at about 7.2.

As for Mampara, do yourself a favour and ride one of these. Value for money, it beats anything out there. Then were not even going into tech such as who Merida is building frames for..

I know these frame are best rated - stiffness to weight - compared to all other brands!
