Hey Mampara, I may be way off here but somewhere while reading your threads I saw that you ride an On-One.

Do you? If so, which one and how do you rate it?

I have been looking at these on the net but have problems with the low sticker price of the frames. Can they be that good at that price?

I am interested in the alu scandal. Does anyone have any experience with this bike? Can I put my XT groupset and Fox 32 120 shock on it without hassles?

Thanks,

Ray

That is correct Mud Dee, mine is a BeOne. There a few people here that rides On-Ones. They got good reviews from other sites and magazines. I can be wrong but I think an Inbred will be better with that fork as they are deigned to take anything from 4"-6" fork. Talk to Kiwi regarding them.

I don't see an Inbred on the Planet-x website.

I am looking for a lightish bike for riding half marathons and marathons. I don't do much jumping. I have a full suss GT marathon and am looking for a hard tail to go with it.

Where can I see pricing etc. for these bikes?

Para has a "Wanna" Be-One. Wink

Daemon, TitusTi and myself all ride 29er Scandals. On of the lightest aluminium frames around and a really awesome bike.

There will 456 Inbred 26ers, Summer Season 456 26ers, Inbred 29ers, BRG 18" 29er Scandals, 18" 26er black annodised Scandals, 29er Rigid Carbon Forks, Planet X Saddles in black and white, On One Big Nose saddles and On One Inbred Man saddles and more.

Best news I've had all week:

Got the On One Inbred 29" Single Speed with rigid carbon fork and absolutely loving it. My other bikes are green with envy as they have barely been touched since receiving this beast. Rode my trailbike the other  day for the first time in a month and two thoughts kept revolving through my head: 1. Wow this dually is awesome and 2. I wish I was riding the 9er instead. One of the Inbred models, I think the  Summer is specifically for a longer travel fork as the head angle is slacker to deal with shock compression under braking on the downhills without making the bike twitchy.

Also check out the "Ragley" which is the latest creation from On One godfather Brant Richards.
