THIS is not exactly suspesion linkages but what is the best way to stop your pedal/cleat squeeking.I am a silent rider type and hate any squeeks etc.The only noise i like to hear when riding is the clicking of the ratchet on the rear hub when free wheeling. HELP!! smiley2.gif smiley5.gif

1. Keep them clean

2. Makes sure that they are not worn, (I find that when they start to squeek it is time to replace them)

3. Makes sure that it is not just a rub from the shoe on the pedal body

ok, old trick.

I had the same problem for years, its the most annoying sound ever. I had the squeeks on those big Look cleats. It was fixed when i placed a piece of innertube(cut to the size of the cleat) between my shoe and the cleat.
