Dude i don't know if that is really worth it. Biogine and USN seems to be on the same page - bullsh*t products. That my opinion... and some of the more hardcore gym people's...

 

I will use L-Glutamine after rides / gym training to aid recovery

 

Use HMT Wired if you want to have instant power to do strength training in gym.

 

Use creatine if you want to boost endurance. These are all legal - and not the best way.

 

Obviously EPO, Steriods and those stuff actually works 100% every time haha.

 

Not sure where to get these though LOL

I think a lot of the time people are looking for a miracle supplement when most of the time all you need to do is train harder.

 

 

 

Start there, how many hours of training a week are you putting into the sport? Should be a minimum of 8, if you are not at that figure then you need to get there.

 

 

 

Then remember people who are on top of their game are there because mostly they work hard and not because of what they swallow.

 

 

 

E-mail the manufacturer and ask to see the results of the observational studies conducted and find out where these results are published. Once you have the publication you can then draw your own conclusions as to the effectiveness of the product.

I just want quicker recovery, not asking for much...

 

I play league squash 4 times a week

run 5km 5 times a week

ride mtb 3 times a week

Sleep more. Don't run when you can walk, don't walk when you can stand, don't stand when you can sit, don't sit when you can lie down.

 

 

 

Ask for the observational studies, it is really difficult to determine if a product is going to help you recover quicker without actually seeing how they determine that you do recover quicker.MuXmAn2009-10-29 11:07:47
