When I asked at a Police Station, if I could make use of electricity to switch On my laptop.

I got a yes reply.

Then five minutes later the young peep who told me to ask the Captain, tells me now that am a inconvenience. I am not allowed to switch my laptop On there.

Then the two detectives and one Police officer start swearing at each, Their Captain said I may but there opinion seems to suddenly go over the Captain's orders    smiley7.gif.

I am no crimanal but yet they wanted to chase me as one.

Lack of dicipline and respect particulary amongst the military and police these days where juniors will often ignore and refuse to listen to superiors.

There have been cases of members threatening officers and their

families when they have tried to instill some discipline. The ranks

nowadays really don't give a toss about authority.

Looks like the ANC is reaping what is sowed...

True, slightly off point i recall earlier this year the SA Military Medics had a huge party and when it got out of hand the Military police were sent in only to have fire hoses and extinguisher's turned on them as well pulling down of pants showing bum which they copied from the ANCYL. When their superiors tried to intervene they were also told to make a sexual departure

It is biblical isn't it? Spare the rod and spoil the child. In this instance the child is/are subordinate/s.

When there is no respect, there is no rule of law. They cannot even administer themselves and abide by their own rules, how the freak can they sort out the rest of the country?

Frail, go to a Whipme, Nadoos or Bug & Mean and ask them. At least there  when the boss says something it will carry through.
