Help.Me. Posted November 22, 2009 Share I am struggling with a gholfer's elbow and i don't even play gholf. I am on Panamore tablets which help's a lot but as soon as i stop the pain is back. Does any one have a cure for ever??
droo Posted November 23, 2009 Share It's caused by jarring extensions of the elbow, as far as I know... find out when you do this, and stop. Worked for me... (about as technical as a preschool drawing, I know... maybe there's a physio in the house that can say it better)
Johan Bornman Posted November 23, 2009 Share Same problem here. In my case it is chronic and comes back again and again. Go to Youtube and type in Golfers elbow. There they show you some rehab exercises using a powerbar (or something like that). Ignore the doctors who insist on anti-inflammatory stuff, it doesn't work. I am convinced the answer lies in bio-kinetics.

Johan Bornman Posted November 23, 2009 Share I have it on good authority that beer prevents gout. I have beer all the time and I never get gout.
