Ok so im no expert on DH bikes and i could be giving you the wrong information but the oversize axle holding the swingarm to main frame prevents this. Bike apparantly utilises the largest bearing and axle on any bike.

Big box section on that swing arm so doubt it will flex - geometry is very MX style.
