Is my bike too small for me?

Looking at these pics would you say my bike is one size too small?

I went for a full setup and the measurements say they are right for me, but why does the bike look so small?

Could I ride a 56? I have a 54 now.

My stem is 110mm and the seatpost is quite far out of the frame. I think only 3cm left before the limit mark.

Holy does that really say the fit is correct? Is that not only for saddle setup?

No pun really would like to know I can not see how only if you can not see hub that then the bike is right size

Perhaps you are on the 'cusp' of that size and the next size up might look  a bit small? I gathered that the current trend was to ride the smallest frame you can get away with or was that only for speedsters on MTB's?

Handlebar / hub is a bit 90's Holy. Get wif it!

How tall are you? From the pics it looks like you can up a size. Can't say for sure though.

The setups say I can ride one size bigger or the 54, as I'd been stuck on a large MTB before and couldn't get my position right, and had to buy a smaller frame I went for the smaller of the two.

I'm, 1.78m tall... with fairly long legs.

It doesn't feel too small, but always looks tiny in pics...

I'm 179 and ride a 54cm. Was a FC Felt so not too sure on TT compared to Spez.

Pic with crank in line with ST at the bottom of the stroke will give better idea of seat height. If the first pic was taken from the other side it would be perfect!

hahahahahaha! it's just one component of a good fit. but it's a good indicator of reach.

I am no expert but I would say yes - not because of the leg length thing, but becuase you look cramped on the bike.  Viz & to whit, knees almost touching elbow, apparently short top bar, angle of arms/body, etc.  I think I have the same problem, but am living with it for the time being...

For sure the bike is too small.Remember the Spez is compact size,Felts are a bit bigger.I am 173cm and ride a 54 Tarmac. The bike is too small AND not long enough for you.The maximum spacers you should put under your stem is 4cm.The guy next to you in the photo,s name is Daneel,he's riding a 56cm.

I get some lower back pain, particularly with a lot of climbing - I was wondering if a 56 would flatten my back a bit.

Here's  pic from the other side with leg fully extended:
